The story of home from one seller to one buyer is one that personally touched my heart. I represented my buyer clients. I phoned my clients the day it went to market. I think this could be the one. They agreed.
For this client, husband and wife, the challenge was on to relocate and purchase a second home and move a business. We represented the buyer.
We started with a tour from South to North Reno, explaining and sharing the communities of each, to locate the perfect fit of home and business. We negotiated the purchase of a home from offer to acceptance, and a commercial lease contract to signing.
