Relocation Concierge: Finding A Second Home and Moving a Business
For this client, husband and wife, the challenge was on to relocate and purchase a second home and move a business. We represented the buyer.
We started with a tour from South to North Reno, explaining and sharing the communities of each, to locate the perfect fit of home and business. We negotiated the purchase of a home from offer to acceptance, and a commercial lease contract to signing.
We provided concierge buyer services including:
-We recommended service contractors for property upgrades and enhancements.
-We were feet on the ground for property visits, inspections and walkthroughs and as the client needed.
-We worked to provide office space for our client to interview prospective employees.
-To the client, all behind the scenes work on coordination, conversations and communication was non-interruptive to the pressures faced during a quick transition.
We walked with them every step of the way to make this all happen in 22 days for their new home and 25 days for his new office.
This move was not just a transaction, it was a relocation and a partnership that will continue to grow.
